What exactly is SIBA and why do I need to comply?

SIBA (Sistema de Informação de Boletins de Alojamento) is the Portuguese government's mandatory guest registration system. All Alojamento Local (AL) property owners must submit guest passport data within 72 hours of check-in. Failure to comply can result in fines from €250 to €2,500 per violation.

How is this different from using Zapier or Make.com?

Most automation tools route your sensitive guest passport data through US-based servers, which creates GDPR liability. They also retain your data and may use it for AI training. We're 100% EU-hosted, delete data immediately after SIBA submission, and never use your data for any other purpose.

What booking platforms do you support?
